Caffeine Crisis Hotline — Text Message Program

The Heist Caffeine Crisis Hotline is a free entertainment phone line operated by Heist Global, Inc. Call the number below and we will write and record an original song about your caffeine situation, then play it back to you on the call.

CALL TO ACTION (how consumers are invited to opt in)

Call 1-888-640-DRIP (1-888-640-3747). After your song plays, press 1 if you would like us to text you a link to it.

You will receive 2 messages per song requested (one confirmation, one delivery). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. See the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service links at the bottom of this page.

There is no web form, checkbox, or purchase involved. Consent is collected only by keypress on a call the consumer placed to us, and then confirmed a second time by text.

STEP 1 — the exact disclosure callers hear

This is the verbatim script, recorded and live in production. Reviewers can listen to the actual audio our callers hear:

The caller must press 1. Callers who press nothing, or any other key, are never messaged. Each keypress is logged with the phone number, a timestamp, and the disclosure played.

STEP 2 — the confirmation text (sent only after pressing 1)

“Heist Caffeine Crisis Hotline: reply YES and we’ll send the link to the song you just made. 2 msgs per song. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Terms: heist.co/pages/hotline-texts”

Nothing further is sent unless the caller replies YES.

This program sends no marketing or sales content. The only thing it ever sends is the song the caller asked us to make. No entries, submissions or registrations of any kind are collected by text, and mobile opt-in data is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
