# HEIST FOUNDING GIVEAWAY — OFFICIAL RULES
**NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.**
By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding.
## 1. Sponsor
Heist Global, Inc. ("Sponsor"), 7901 4th St N, Ste 300, St. Petersburg, FL 33702.
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., or Apple, Inc. You understand that you are providing your information to the Sponsor and not to Instagram or Meta.
## 2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and their immediate family or household members are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
## 3. Promotion Period
The Promotion begins on **August 1, 2026 at 12:00 PM ET** and ends on **August 10, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET** (the "Promotion Period"), a ten (10) day period. Sponsor's clock is the official timekeeper.
## 4. How to Enter
**Entry method (Instagram):** During the Promotion Period, (1) follow @drinkheist on Instagram, and (2) comment on the giveaway post tagging at least two (2) other Instagram users. Tagged accounts must be real people. One (1) additional bonus entry is available by sharing the giveaway post to your Instagram Story (public) and tagging @drinkheist.
**Free alternate method of entry (AMOE):** To enter without following or using Instagram, mail a 3"x5" card with your full name, age, email address, and mailing address to: Heist Founding Giveaway, 7901 4th St N, Ste 300, St. Petersburg, FL 33702. One entry per mailed card; cards must be postmarked within the Promotion Period and received within seven (7) days of the end date. Entrants via AMOE have the same chance of winning as Instagram entrants.
Limit: one (1) primary entry per person plus one (1) bonus entry, regardless of method. Entries that are incomplete, automated, or violate these Rules or Instagram's terms are void.
## 5. Prize
Three (3) winners will each receive one (1) Heist digital store credit in the amount of $539.82 USD, redeemable toward products at drinkheist.com.
The prize is marketed as the equivalent of one bag of Heist coffee every three weeks for fifty-two (52) weeks, for a total of eighteen (18) bags, based on the full retail price of $29.99 per bag.
The prize will be issued as store credit that each winner may redeem at their own discretion. Sponsor does not manage or ship a recurring subscription, and redemption timing is determined by the winner.
The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each prize is $539.82 USD. The total ARV of all three prizes is $1,619.46 USD.
Store credit has no cash value, is non-transferable, may not be redeemed for cash, expires twelve (12) months from the date of issuance, and is subject to Sponsor’s standard store terms.
Each winner is responsible for any shipping costs and any applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with the prize.
No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent is permitted, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
## 6. Winner Selection and Notification
Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about **August 11, 2026**. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Winners will be notified by Instagram direct message and/or email within five (5) days of the drawing. A potential winner must respond and confirm eligibility within five (5) days of notification, or the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. Return of any notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification.
## 7. Publicity
Except where prohibited, entry constitutes consent to use the winner's name, city/state, and Instagram handle for promotional purposes without further compensation.
## 8. General Conditions and Release
By entering, each entrant releases and holds harmless Sponsor, Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., and their respective affiliates from any claims, injuries, losses, or damages arising from participation or from acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or unreceived entries, or for technical failures of any kind. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these Rules, and to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud or a technical failure impairs its integrity.
## 9. Disputes / Governing Law
These Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved individually, without class action, in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
## 10. Winners List
For the names of the winners, send a self-addressed stamped envelope within sixty (60) days of the end date to the Sponsor address above, or check @drinkheist.
